Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a telephone conversation during which they discussed preparations for the Putin-Trump meeting in Alaska on August 15, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
“Both sides confirmed their commitment to the successful holding of the event,” the ministry said.
