Dissatisfaction with Russia is growing in Iran. CNN

The Iranian authorities are increasingly nervous about Russia's position, which Tehran has supported with weapons and drones, writes CNN. The disagreements are coming to the surface against the backdrop of Moscow's weakening dependence on Tehran, as Russia has localized the production of Iranian drones.

The magazine writes that initially, Iran welcomed the localization of the production of Shahed 136 drones in Russia. Now, according to analysts and intelligence estimates, 90% of all processes are carried out in Russia. Moscow has even begun to modernize these drones, installing improved communications equipment, powerful batteries, and larger warheads on them. This, as the source noted, took Tehran by surprise.

Iran's dissatisfaction with Russia increased in June during the strikes carried out by Israel and the United States on Iran. Moscow's statements condemning the strikes were perceived as weak support. According to the source, Moscow's approach was not unexpected for Western intelligence agencies and shows the nature of the countries' cooperation.
