The Russian Defense Ministry reported that, as part of the agreements reached during the Istanbul talks, Russia has transferred a group of Ukrainian prisoners of war to Ukraine.
In return, another group of servicemen has returned to Russia. The Ukrainian side also confirmed this information. It was not specified how many people were returned as part of the exchange.
