The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan has opened a criminal case on the fact of torture of Azerbaijanis and deliberate murder of two people by Russian law enforcement agencies with particular cruelty.
According to the report, the Azerbaijanis were subjected to torture and beatings with complex objects, and their freedom was restricted. As a result, two people were killed with particular cruelty.
