Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei addressed the question of whether Israel used Azerbaijani territory to launch drones at Iran in a conversation with reporters.
“We have been assured that there was no such permission,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman emphasized.
“Without exception, all neighboring countries have assured us that under no circumstances will they allow Israel to use their air and land territory for aggressive actions against Iran. The cases reported in various documents have been discussed with the relevant countries, and we have received their explanations. I want to state with confidence that all the issues raised by us have been categorically denied,” he stated.
