During a visit to the Shin Bet in southern Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel's operation against Iran had opened up many opportunities, including "broad regional perspectives."
"First of all, we must free the hostages. Of course, we must also solve the Gaza problem and defeat Hamas. I think we can do both," Netanyahu said.
According to Israeli media reports, Netanyahu is currently holding a cabinet meeting at the headquarters of the IDF's Southern Command.
