Ankara is deeply concerned about the possible consequences of the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"The US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities has raised the risk of conflict escalation to the highest level," the statement said.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry said that negotiations are the only way to resolve differences over Iran's nuclear program.
