Israel's emergency services said three people were killed in an overnight Iranian missile strike in the northern city of Haifa.
The death toll from the overnight strikes rose to eight, with one person killed in the central city of Bnei Brak and four in Petah Tikva.
The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said 23 people had been killed in Israel since Friday.
Iran's Health Ministry said at least 224 Iranians had been killed since the start of hostilities.
