Iranian media reported that the red flag of revenge was raised over the Jamkaran Mosque in the Iranian city of Qom in response to Israeli strikes.
The red flag was also raised over the mosque after the assassinations of Hamas Politburo Chief Ismail Haniyeh in September 2024 and IRGC Special Forces Commander General Qassem Soleimani in January 2020.
