Speaking about the adoption of the anti-Iranian resolution by the IAEA Council, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman blamed the resolution's authors and drafters for the consequences of this "destructive" action and stressed that Iran would take appropriate measures.
According to ISNA, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghai strongly condemned the actions of the three European countries and the United States.
"The claim that Iran is not fulfilling its obligations testifies to the evil intentions of the resolution's drafters since even the report of the IAEA Director General did not make such a claim," he said.
He stressed the determination of the Iranian people to defend their interests by the UN Charter and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
