US President Donald Trump has said that sending in the National Guard to quell violent riots in California was the right decision. He wrote about this on his social media page.
“If we had not done this, Los Angeles would have been destroyed. The very incompetent “Governor” Gavin Newsom and “Mayor” Karen Bass should have said, “Thank you, President Trump, you are so wonderful,” or “We are nothing without you, sir.” Instead, they chose to lie to the people of California and America, saying that we are not needed and that these are “peaceful protests.”
You just have to look at the photos and videos of the violence and destruction to understand everything you need to know. We will always do what is necessary to keep our citizens safe together to make America great again,” Trump wrote.
