Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed the details of the preparations for the prisoner exchange in the “1,000-for-1,000” format. The president said the agreement on the trade was almost the only tangible result of the meeting in Turkey.
“Ukrainian Defense Minister Umerov is overseeing the organization of the process and the implementation of the agreement. The Main Intelligence Directorate, the Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights, and the team of my office are involved. We are clarifying the data of each person included in the lists by the Russian side,” Zelensky said.
