Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the creation of a security buffer zone along the border between Russia and Ukraine.
“A decision has been made to create a security buffer zone along the border between Russia and Ukraine. The Russian Armed Forces are working on this issue,” Putin said during a video conference with government members.
