During the 6th Summit of the European Political Community in Tirana, the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, spoke about Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. He announced that he would soon visit Armenia.
“Currently, negotiations are underway between Armenia and Azerbaijan. I am in contact with both sides. I will be in Armenia soon and will conduct negotiations,” he said.
