Reuters reports that Trump's envoys, Steve Witkoff and Keith Kellogg, will travel to Istanbul on Thursday to participate in the Russian-Ukrainian talks.
It should be noted that Putin recently offered Ukraine the chance to resume direct talks in Istanbul on May 15. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced that he agreed to face-to-face talks with Putin and would personally wait for the Russian president in Istanbul on May 15. Moscow has not yet responded to this.
