Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump exchanged congratulations for Victory Day through their aides, according to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
Ushakov stated, "The Russian President and President Trump expressed their congratulations on our shared holiday through their aides."
