Belgorod Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov has released a video documenting the morning strike on the regional government building by a Ukrainian armed forces drone.
According to Gladkov, the attack injured Deputy Governor Alexander Lorenz and a Rosgvardya officer.
The Ukrainian military has not commented on the attack.
