US President Donald Trump has announced that the legislative bodies have fully ratified the resource deal with Ukraine. He added that he intends to speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky soon.
"We appreciate it. And I will speak to the president a little later. The deal is now fully signed and ratified," he said.
