The Royal Couple: Portraits of Charles III and Queen Camilla in London

The BBC reports that King Charles III and Queen Camilla have unveiled their official coronation portraits, which are on temporary display at the National Gallery, to mark the second anniversary of their accession to the throne.

The paintings, housed in the gallery's central hall, will be open to the public until the end of May before being moved to Buckingham Palace in June.

The King is depicted in the painting wearing a royal robe, a naval officer's ceremonial uniform, and medals, while the Queen is shown in a light blue coronation gown. Their crowns and robes are placed on the sides of the paintings as art pieces.
