Iran supports the agreement reached between Baku and Yerevan on the text of the peace treaty. This was stated in Baku by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh.
According to him, the newly elected President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, may mediate in signing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“I think this issue will also be reflected in the daily contacts of the two countries,” Saeed Khatibzadeh.
