Negotiations between representatives of Ukraine and Britain have begun in London.
Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov are participating in the meeting from the Ukrainian side, and David Lammy and John Healy from the British side, RBC-Ukraine reports.
