Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“Any agreement that Armenia will enter into will include:
- Unblocking is based on sovereignty, territorial integrity, and jurisdiction. In our case, all roads and infrastructure passing through Armenia will be under our full sovereignty and jurisdiction, within the framework of our territorial integrity, and everything will operate in accordance with our legislation.
- Unblocking is based on reciprocity. If roads are opened for Azerbaijan, they are also opened for Armenia, with mutual advantages.
This is the truth. There is no need to pay attention to the complaints being made and instructed from the outside. And sincere concerns, after additional official information is available, will certainly be dispelled.”
