Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Supreme Council of Armenia and the National Assembly of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, wrote on his Facebook page:
"Under the 1994 "contract of the century", Azerbaijan received the right to dispose of 22% of the total income from the export of oil produced in its sovereign territory, and the operator of the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline is the British BP.
