Al-Hilal has announced the appointment of Simone Inzaghi as head coach.
The 49-year-old Italian and the Saudi club have signed a contract until the end of the 2026/27 season.
It was previously reported that Inzaghi will receive 25 million euros annually and 4-5 million in bonuses at Al-Hilal.
It should be recalled that on June 3, Inter announced the termination of cooperation with Simone by mutual consent.
Inzaghi led Inter in the summer of 2021. Under his leadership, the “Inter” won Serie A, the Italian Cup twice, and the Italian Super Cup three times. However, they lost twice in the Champions League finals: in 2023 to Manchester City (0:1) and in 2025 to PSG (0:5).
