Armenia has joined the UN Transparency Initiative, becoming the 42nd participant

The Republic of Armenia has signed the Transparency Pledge presented by the United Nations (UN) Convention against Corruption Coalition, becoming the 42nd State Party to the Convention to join the Transparency Pledge. A State Party to the Convention voluntarily ensures minimum standards of transparency and civil society participation in the framework of the review mechanism of the Convention’s implementation.

With this step, Armenia reaffirms its commitment to increasing transparency and ensuring the active involvement of civil society during the second round of the review of the Convention’s implementation. At the same time, Armenia publishes updated information on the review process.
