Turkish partners have a positive assessment of Armenia's vision. Deputy Minister
Armenia’s vision is constructively assessed by its Turkish partners, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said at a briefing with journalists.
According to him, the opening of communications is equally essential for both us and our neighbors.
Regarding Pashinyan’s invitation to Erdogan to visit Armenia, the Deputy Minister noted that the reason for the invitation is to participate in the next session of the European Political Community, scheduled to take place in Yerevan next spring.
“As a rule, the host state is obliged to invite all member states of this format, and the states participate in these discussions at the level of leaders.”
Referring to the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Deputy Minister noted that they are positive.
“The last discussion between the leaders of the two countries was in Tirana; we believe that it will be possible to have new discussions with Azerbaijan shortly. The Armenian side is positive, and taking into account that we are ready to sign the peace treaty, we will be in favor of the meeting,” Kostanyan said.
