Pashinyan's visit to Turkey reduced security risks to a certain extent: political scientist

Political scientist Robert Ghevondyan said in an interview with Radar Armenia that Pashinyan's visit was very important in ensuring regional security, considering that the region is currently very unstable.

"Pashinyan's visit was an opportunity to understand with the Turkish leadership what Armenia can expect and what to prepare for," the political scientist noted.

He considers Pashinyan's visit to Turkey constructive.

"I consider it quite constructive, taking into account both the fact that Erdogan in his speech approved the fact of the agreement on a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the reactions that Pashinyan and Erdogan did not seem to touch on acute issues, and problems, as such, did not arise. We can say that the visit reduced security risks to a certain extent," the political scientist noted.
