Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has touched upon Armenian-Russian relations:
“I have very close working relations with the Russian President and Prime Minister, based on mutual trust, and I cannot believe that actions against Armenia can be taken from the Kremlin or the government,” the Prime Minister stated in response to a question about statements by government figures about Russia waging a hybrid war against Armenia.
“But there is a high probability that there are certain circles in Russia, and not only in Russia, I am sure that in this case there are certain circles in other countries that are behind hybrid actions and hybrid war,” he said, adding that they have all the capabilities and opportunities to manage these hybrid risks.
