Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said they signed a "Declaration of Intent" with the French Foreign Minister.
"It envisages closer cooperation between the two departments, including deepening political dialogue, holding regular consultations, increasing interaction between diplomatic missions abroad, etc.," he said.
According to Mirzoyan, they are cooperating with France in areas that could not even be discussed a few years ago.
"Our cooperation in deepening partnership with the EU is of primary importance," he said. According to Mirzoyan, a dialogue is underway with the EU on visa liberalization and with French partners' support and encouragement.
