During his working visit to the Holy See (Vatican), the President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan met with the Catholicos-Patriarch of the Armenian Catholicosate of Cilicia, His Holiness Raphael Petros 21st Minasyan, and the students of the Levonian College attached to the St. Nicholas Armenian Catholicos Church in Rome.
During the meeting, President Khachaturyan touched upon the general internal and external situation in Armenia, the current problems, and the principles adopted by the Armenian authorities to resolve them.
The President emphasized that Armenia currently has a clear position on achieving peace in the region and establishing good neighborly relations with its neighbors.
At the end of the meeting, the President answered the questions of those in a direct atmosphere.
