Agenda issues of Armenia-Albania relations were discussed

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrived in Albania on a working visit to participate in the 6th Summit of the European Political Community. The visit started with a meeting between the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Albania, Nikol Pashinyan and Edi Rama.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed the Prime Minister of Armenia's visit to Tirana and noted that, even though the visit is within the framework of an international summit, today's meeting will contribute to the further development of relations between the two countries and the outline of promising directions of cooperation.

Nikol Pashinyan expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality and confidence that the meeting will give a new impetus to further cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including strengthening political dialogue.

During the meeting, the two countries' leaders discussed agenda issues of Armenia-Albania relations, touching upon the prospects for cooperation in various fields.

They also exchanged views on regional issues. In particular, they touched upon normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Both sides emphasized the importance of signing a peace agreement to ensure regional stability and lasting peace.
