On Victory and Peace Day, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, the President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, and other high-ranking officials visited Victory Park.
They laid wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, laid flowers at the Eternal Flame, and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the struggle against fascism, as well as for the statehood, independence, and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia.
