RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that one of the provisions of the tripartite declaration refers to the return of prisoners and hostages.
"In many cases, when, for example, our partners in Russia talk about the tripartite declaration, it hurts me to see that the issue of prisoners, hostages, and other detained persons is bypassed because even if the tripartite declarations are the basis if we want to value and emphasize them, we must let's go and start reading from the first article and see who should have done what work but didn't do it," he said.
